The average delivery time is between 2 and 8 weeks after shipment, and it can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. This time is used for stock picking, packaging, delivery to the airline, shipping and entering the system code.

Credit Card – installment payments up to 10x (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more) and PayPal.

The approval time varies depending on the payment method you choose. We have two viable payment methods:

Credit Card and PayPal: Approval usually happens instantly. If there is any incorrect data entered during the purchase, both you and us will be notified. We will then contact you to confirm the details so that you can proceed with the purchase.

If you choose to pay with a credit card or PayPal, you should contact us so we can send you a new checkout link, or you can visit our website again and place the order anew.

You can track your order using the tracking code that we automatically send to your email or WhatsApp as soon as the order is dispatched, within an average of 7 to 10 working days. You can follow it from the time it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at the location you specified during the purchase.

If you buy 2 or more different products, they may be sent in separate shipments and arrive on different dates. Therefore, different tracking codes will be issued for each product.

As the shipping method is international, it can take between 3 and 10 days for the tracking code to show the current status.

Yes, our suppliers sanitize all materials and products before dispatching them for the better safety of our customers.

We always do our best to ensure that the product reaches you within the stipulated timeframe. However, some factors can cause delays in delivery, such as the absence of a recipient, incomplete registration data, change of address, etc.

However, please be careful when filling in the delivery address to ensure that the product is picked up. Lemon Discounts is not responsible for any problems related to incorrect customer addresses.

Finally, we can only send a new order or refund if a shipment is lost en route, i.e. if your product has no tracking updates after 60 days from the date of dispatch.

ATTENTION! If you have noticed that you entered the incorrect or incomplete address when completing the purchase, kindly contact us immediately to avoid issues during delivery.

Your address cannot be changed after 24 hours from the purchase on our site, as the order may have already been handed over to the airline.

Note: We do not change the customer’s address unless requested.

As we deal with imported products, any merchandise is subject to customs bureaucracies or taxes. Lemon Discounts is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any possible costs (fees, charges, or taxes) imposed by the government.

When the product has already been packed and dispatched, heading directly to your address, we can no longer retrieve the canceled item. Therefore, we ask that you receive the order and contact our support via email or WhatsApp to formalize the cancellation request.

In cases of cancellations not reported to our customer service, 30% of the value will be deducted for administrative and operational expenses. This fee is also charged in cases where the merchandise is returned when the customer is not at home to receive or pick up the product at the indicated unit.

Lemon Discounts is not responsible for NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL to accept the item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted – if applicable:

  • Item with obvious signs of use;
  • Lost packages and opened seals;
  • Item sent with the wrong color, size, or voltage;
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, broken, or missing parts for reasons not due to our store’s error.

When the item is addressed to a location without home delivery or when attempts to deliver it directly to the recipient are unsuccessful, the item will be available for collection from the nearest unit to the address indicated within 7 to 30 days.

“If the tracking shows that your order has been marked as ‘delivered,’ but you haven’t received it, we recommend you follow these steps:

  1. Check if any neighbor, friend, or family member might have received the package on your behalf.
  2. Verify if the delivery address provided is correct on your order.
  3. Contact the local courier or postal service for detailed information on the delivery and request clarification.
  4. If unsuccessful, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the status of your order and provide assistance.

In the event of regret or withdrawal, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product, following our Exchange and Return Policy. For more information on our policies, click here!

The following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the best possible condition;
  • The product must be kept in its original or similar undamaged packaging, with all manuals, accessories, free items and other components;
  • Include the product invoice.

ATTENTION: In the presence of any discrepancies, signs of misuse, absence of manuals and/or accessories and the invoice, Lemon Discounts reserves the right to reject the order. If misuse is identified, the return request will not be accepted, the collected product will be returned to the delivery address without the corresponding refund and the entire return process will be canceled.

After receiving your order, you have up to 30 calendar days to request an exchange. After this period we do not process exchanges!

When this occurs when attempting to purchase with a credit card or PayPal , after analysis, we may find inconsistencies in the data, preventing the purchase from continuing due to international policies. Therefore, all the information you provide must be complete and correct. Often, the card is blocked, has an insufficient balance or a transaction is refused by the issuer. In this case, you should contact your credit card company to check the reason.
