CARE IN ADDRESSING ORDERS

Lemon Discounts will arrange the shipment of products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any hindrances to the delivery of your order, we ask for attention when filling out the address where you want to receive your order.

ABSENT RECIPIENT

Make sure someone is available at the address to receive your products. Some postal services attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available to receive the package on any of these attempts, it will be taken to the nearest local postal service and, in this case, the recipient of the package must pick it up at the local post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, it will be returned to the sender and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

All details of delivery attempts, as well as the address of the local postal service where the recipient must pick up the package in the event of a missing address, are recorded in the order tracking. You can track your order on our website by clicking here and using the tracking code provided by the store.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Lemon Discounts is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed in the store. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, according to the local postal service’s policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made at that address.

If the delivery is not completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee will be required for the reshipment of the product.

PROCESSING TIME

After your order is processed, and the payment is received in our system, the next steps are: picking, packaging, and dispatch. This process usually takes around 1 to 3 business days.

PRODUCT DISPATCH TIME AND TRACKING CODE

You will receive the tracking code in the email provided during the purchase within 7 business days after the processing of your order.

To track your order, simply go to your account page, click on tracking, and paste the tracking code you received in your email.

As it is an international shipment, tracking information becomes available on the website after the product has been dispatched. Due to this, it takes about 5 to 10 business days before the tracking of the product can be viewed.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is from 2 to 12 weeks after the dispatch of the order. However, adverse factors such as customs clearance delays, local postal service policies, delivery impossibility due to weather conditions or risk areas, and national holidays may add some days to the product delivery.

ORIGIN

Our products are imported from America, Europe, and Asia.

There are situations where the delivery of an order may be made in two or more shipments as the products could be sent from different suppliers. In this case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.

SHIPPING METHODS

The products are always delivered by the local postal service. However, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, delivery limitations in the region, or an incorrect address, the customer may need to pick up the product at the nearest postal agency.

If the address is not filled in correctly, it’s possible for the product to be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling out the address. If there is an error in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Some local postal services attempt delivery three times. If they cannot complete the delivery, the product will be available for pick-up at the nearest agency for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All imports are subject to customs bureaucracy or taxation. If you receive any extra charges for your order, we will not be responsible for such fees. Please contact us at support@lemondiscounts.com within 48 hours, informing us of the amount paid, and we will contact you to provide the necessary assistance.
